It appears that you do not have JavaScript enabled on your browser.
To enable JavaScript you will need to either contact your help desk or follow the instructions below.

Before you begin note that JavaScript and Java are two different things.

Internet Explorer

In Internet Explorer, from the Tools menu, select Internet Options.

Select the Security Tab.

Click the Custom Level button.

Near the bottom of the Settings list under Scripting enable Active scripting.

It might ask you if you're sure. If so, click Yes otherwise click the OK button.

Click the OK button on the Security tab to finish.

Reload the page.

In Firefox for Windows, from the Tools menu, select Options.
OR
In Firefox for Mac OS X, from the Firefox menu, select Preferences.

Select the Content icon.

Check the box to Enable JavaScript.

Reload the page.
